I keep both BCI and BCC.....I love them all. I like to keep extensive records for all my animals when possible. When it comes to birthplace & origin, that can sometimes be impossible. I have on occasion purchased wild caught BCC animals. I have a quarantine room and nothing makes the trip upstairs to the main collection  until it has passed all of my tests. No single animal is worth risking the health of my collection. If an animal is sold to me as captive born and I have no reason to doubt it, I will represent it as such. If I buy a wild caught animal or one who I suspect is wild caught, then I will represent it as such. As far as origin, I am confident in most of my animals with the exception of those from Surinam and Guyana. I have no confidence that animals I purchased as "Suri" or "Guyanan" truly originated there. I would love to know the exact place in the rain forest that my animal (or its parents) was caught but that one sits squarely outside the realm of possible. If it interests you, by all means study the pictures and make your best determination. As for me, I use the following acronyms when classifying my animals:

These are currently the only species that have been in my collection.

I run a Reptile Club at school and try to teach kids proper husbandry. Towards that purpose, I house 6-8 of my animals in my classroom.
