"I recently purchased a red-tail boa from Gray. The snake arrived healthy and very inquisitive. So much so, that after a few hours in her cage she had found a way out and was AWOL her first night and most of the next day. I had emailed Gray to tell him the sad news and got a sincere reply the next day voicing his sympathy and yet offering me comfort. He told me that he too has had snakes go AWOL but he has yet to lose a snake "for good." Our snake is now safe in her enclosure (all exits have been blocked), and she uses her time trying to find a place we've missed. We've thoroughly enjoyed watching her acrobatics. Gray has done a fantastic job raising our "Houdini" and when the time arises, I will definately purchase another snake from this fine man. The money was WELL spent!"

"Buying a Boa Constrictor from Gray was one of the most enjoyable transactions in my life. I'm a Director of Purchasing in an unrelated industry so I'm constantly buying and receiving items every day. Some of my own suppliers could learn a lot from the way Gray does business, it truly was a real pleasure. But even before the actual purchase occurred I was blown away by the amount of information and research I found on Gray's web-site. From the "BREEDING TRIALS" to the "AVAILABLE" pages. Everything I wanted to know was there. And the amount of pictures and detail regarding the animal I was interested in made this big decision so much easier. So I wasn't surprised that when it came to the transaction Gray answered all my questions and then some. "For a New Year gift to myself I decided to purchase a boa that I had been eyeing for some time. I have heard such wonderful things about Gray and have admired his boas for some time. There have been a couple of boas on his site that I wanted to buy and debated.........and missed out on. This time I decided to go for it. I purchased a female from his Olivia-Black Jack pairing. I chose her because of her washed out color and faded reds. I think she is going to be stunning and very unusual as an adult. Despite the carrier delay (which is in no way Grays fault)she arrived safe and sound. In fact, due to Gray taking care in her packaging she was in perfect health and warm to the touch. Which, if you have had boas shipped before; you know this is usually not the case. She is in perfect health and very active. I have named her Anastasia and hope to have her for a long time to come. Thank you Gray for the wonderful little girl and the obvious care you have taken in her upbringing."

"My wife and I became interested in Boas from adopting two Ball Pythons from my sister. As we researched their care we came across some Boa info and eventually decided that we liked the idea of a larger snake. After much research online we decided to purchase our boa from Gray. We made our selection and sent him an e-mail. His reply was very prompt and after two or three more emails trying to pin down a delivery schedule, my phone rang and it was Gray. After a little discussion, Gray put in a couple of extra hours putting together a shipping box and getting our package ready for next day shipping in order to accommodate our schedule. We received our girl exactly as promised. She is a beautiful little Salmon female and has only missed one meal in the middle of a shed cycle. We found Gray's site during our research and his love and care for and his knowledge about the animals he breeds was very obvious. "My first boa was bought from Gray. I researched boas all that I could find on the net and I determined that his knowledge, pictures and information were the best to be found anywhere. My next step was now to write to him to see what I could find out about making a choice between 2 boas I had an interest in. I was very impressed that not only did Gray answer all my questions but he also responded to every email(promptly). I was a beginner at the time and had lots of questions and inquiries as to the care and temperament of his boas. Additionally, I decided it was time to call him on the phone to make some arrangements for getting the boa I had decided on. My point here is to state that Gray was with me every step of the way and still to this day "is"! Whenever I need help or have a curosity Gray unquestionably responded as promptly today as he did on the first day. His snakes are healthy, clean and well mannered with excellent appetites. In closing I would like to say that everything Gray says and has on his site is in complete honesty and truth. One other note is for you just to view the information he has on his site. You will probably not find another private individual site with as much information and as complete information for the care and maintenence and even cost of feeding and caring for boas. Gray being a teacher by trade is also very willing to share any and all information of his knowledge with all those who are willing to ask."

"Over the past 2 years I have purchased 4 animals from Gray. Every one of them have been exceptional in every way. It is obvious to me that Mr. Rushin spends a great deal of time with his boas because every one that I have gotten from him is, first of all, very clean and beautiful, but also not at all timid about human contact. They all seem very comfortable being handled and have never shown any signs of stress while outside of their enclosures. Many people advertise their animals using phrases like "pictures do not do the animal justice", well this has never been an issue with Gray because he has galleries of pics for every animal he has. Photos from every angle and lighting condition are one of the things he does that makes it very easy to know exactly what his boas look like. Having gotten shipments at different times of the year from Gray, I can also say that he has done his research on how to ship and his boas are always professionally packed to arrive safely and at the correct temperature. Boas are a passion for Gray Rushin and it shows in every animal I've gotten from him. I recommend him highly to anyone looking for a well cared for quality animal. You will not be disappointed!"
